Hi,
Your best bit is google maps. You just enter your current address and your destination then make sure to click on the bus picture and you will get a step by step guide and options for what buses or metro lines to ride. You also can specify what time you are leaving and the search will be adjusted to the available transportations for the date and time you pick.
