My Vietnamese wife just lost her identity card in Vietnam. She went to police station to report and make a new one. She pay the money to make new identity card but the police did not tell her to take photo for the identity card. She is first time doing this so she don't know.Does she take photo at the police station or outside. And how much if take at police station or outside. Please help and advise. Thanks.
