there are plenty of Chinese hair dresser in Dalian. the problem is that they do not speak English well. If you need any help, let me know. If I have time, I can accompany you to a hair dresser

Hi, most of the hair dressers don't speak much English and you may have a try to find a big one with good decorations in street, just show any pictures about the style you want to them and bargain for the price, even they can do the dreadlocks. I think the hairdressers are pretty good in China.
