My final exit was expired on Jan 25, 2014 and I have a valid Iqama upto Aug 25, 29014.
Is it any way for my departure from KSA?

Why didnt you leave? Doesn't matter when the iqama is valid until, as far as I know, once you get a final exit, your iqama is finished. So, you are illegal here now.
The best thing I can think of is to go to your ex-employer/sponsor and explain your situation, see what he suggests.

Moreover my sponsor gave a case against me in the police station thatz why I'm unable to leave SA before my exit expired...

Try to sort out your case, may be they dont allow you to leave.

Yeah they won't allow you to leave till the case is closed/resolved.
