Nightlife

Not really... Every so often an electronic music festival with a name DJ will show (3-4 times per year). These are big parties sponsored by the Medalla or Coors light.  There are a couple of bars near "Plaza Mercado" in Santurce. There is a Beach Bar "La Plage" (spelling) in Isla Verde that does house music as well as the lobby in hotel La Concha in Condado in the evening on the weekends.

I would not classify it as a "scene", but there are outlets. Most young people here prefer pop or local reggeton. 

Disclosure: I am married with a new baby now so I don't go out much anymore, so my recent experience is limited.
