I'm non-EU, but I have Spanish Residency.
My wife is studying in Zurich, and I am here already with her in Zurich.
3 questions:
Am I eligible for the Swiss Family Reunification Visa?
Do I have to go to Spain to get it?
My nationality application is processing, does this matter?

Sorry, I don't have the answers for your questions, being from a different country we had different forms.
However. I went to the Stadthaus, City Hall and they were very helpful. Perhaps swing by there?

just to update this topic for anyone that needs an answer to this.
the migration office from zurich said i have to go to spain (where I am a resident) in order to receive the Swiss Family Reunification Visa.
