I will be spending several weeks in Cuenca next month, February. I am hoping to get several dental proceedures including a root canal. Recommendations of good dentists AND information on ones to avoid will be much appreciated.

My wife's stateside dentist wanted $1000 to repair a busted crown. While we were in Cuenca she had it repaired by dr Jose Acosta for $350. He did
a great job, and he speaks fluent English.
