Hello everyone, I have Working Visa inquiries, Like what are the usual requirements needed before the ministry of Turkey approves it and the duration of the process. Thank you and I'm looking forward for your replies.

Is it true that an employer just need to submit the name of the person to be hired, then the procedure starts and wait for the approval and the release of the Working Visa?

Your employer should have at least 5 Turkish employees for every foreigner after that you can get a permit easier. Of course you need a residence permit first. The procedure takes normally 3-4 weeks. In my case it took 3 and half months, because of mistakes, national holidays and missing responsible persons at the Ministry. You need a paper from you employer saying he needs you to work for him. But do not start working before you have a permit. This will result in high fines.
