You first have to get a visa This website will get you all the information regarding visas and applications.

To get a visa your qualifications have to be verified and come from an accredited college in India that the NZ govt recognises.
I suggest you consider a student visa and take a course in logistics in NZ. If you are successful in the course then this will help you in getting a job.
On a student visa you can work part time.
