Best thing for you is to do an online search to find a college or university that offers someone like you study courses in what ever field of study you wish to undertake.

For study information and applications www.immi.gov.au

Just be aware that the cost of study courses is expensive here in Australia and you will have to have enough funds to support yourself whilst studying here to cover accommodation, food etc.
