Moving to Dallas - Help Needed

My advice to you is not to buy a home until you actually spend time in Dallas. It is a large city and buying a house obviously is not temporary. You can find an apartment that rents monthly but it will be a bit higher. Or rent on a 6 month lease.

Once you arrive hook up with a real estate agent. That is your best bet. Remax, Century21, etc.

If your kids are in the UK now, attending school in the UK it won't be a difficult transition at all. They may take a placement test but not necessarily.

DFW airport is only 20 minutes from a family community in Flower Mound.
We moved to Flower Mound due to travel.  The community is a great place.
