Getting parents on your iqama is one of hard nuts to crack for expats.

Your best bet would be to talk to your HR department. They'll issue a letter stating:

- You are earning good.
- They have no objection on your getting a family visa for your mother.
- Strong justification that you are the only in siblings with whom she can stay.
- The rest of the process is similar to the wife's family visa.

Getting both from parents on iqama is extremely difficult. Your case will be easier.
