You can get newspaper in the common room of hostel you shall be staying in. you can also ask the hawker to provide you with NEwspaper. Any Single Hindi newspaper will cost not more than Rs 120 per month.

You can learn hindi by making some friends in AMU. alternatively you can learn hindi on pruchasing Rapidex guide form English to Hindi.
