Employment Contract or Issued Working Visa

Hi All!

I would like to ask regarding about my situation.

I got opportunity from another company. I signed my contract of employment on September 2012. My issued working visa from my current company is February 2013. Between September 2012 to Februay 2013 I am holding visa from another company (free visa).

My problem is if i resign from my current company, what would be the probable circumstances? Any chance I can move easily to another company?

Hi

It's probably best to cut and paste the relevant section from your contract here to get better advise. Some say contract starts upon the signing of the contract, some say when you get the visa. Others say no leaving within a year others say 2 years (but that's rare) We can only guess your situation without reading the facts. Sorry
