I use US Global Mail based out of Houston. The only issue I have with them is the forwarding rates - they seem to be a bit inflated. I usually have them ship all my mail once a month. They scan all envelopes and package shipping labels as they arrive. You then go online and decide to keep it or have them destroy it. If you to know what is inside an envelope you can have them scan the letter as well (for a fee).
