Trying to trace old friend, please help!

I'm desperately trying to find one of my old friends from England who made aliyah (moved to Israel) in around 2001.
He's called David Levy and is originally from Birmingham (England) but had also lived/studied in Manchester.
He was born in 1970 and was of Jamaican ancestry.
Last I heard of him he was living in Jerusalem, I think the neighbourhood was called something like Nakalot???
Does anyone know of him?
