Registering in a company

It's pretty cheap, a few hundred RON plus the money you have to have in the company account (200 RON for a SRL I think). There is, of course, a lot of faffing about getting various documents signed and stamped by disgruntled functionaries in geographically diverse government offices.

Last time I looked into it (a few years ago now) people seemed to be charging in the region of 1000 RON to do all the legwork for someone, including the fees you have to pay to register the company. There were other fancy legal offices asking for up to 1000 Euro for the same service!

Didn't do it in the end, so can't make a personal recommendation, but you might try contacting Dean Edgar from Moorcroft Services (or something like that) as I think he does this kind of thing for expats.

To register a compsny you need yhe proof of residence....rental contract for long term.A lawer charge more ,in Bucharest more than 400 eur....
