Bank account with no reference

Hi Nil, the thing is, if BOV sends a request for references to your bank electronically, forget about it, your bank will never reply due to their bank policies for not providing details from their customers to third parties. The only way it works is if they send the request by post for one simple reason: electronically, you're not able to sign the form while if they send it manually, you 'll have the chance to sign the form, stating that you agree and accept your bank to provide references to them. Not sure if they do it on all branches but if you want, I'll give the contact from my account manager at Mellieha's branch and you can go there and speak directly to him, he's a very nice and helpful guy.
