I see this huge building at Alooroba and Olaya ( across from debengham), and I dont know if it is part of a compound or a seperate building.
does anyone know the rent prices? or the contact info for their office?

That is the housing compound for King Faisal Hospital employees. I know because I lived in it before. I don't know if you can rent a flat there if you're not part of the Hospital but doesn't hurt to try. Its a very nice, convenient, and comfortable place to live.
