Hello Tushar,
A VITUR Tourist Visa does not permit work in Brazil. In order to work here a foreigner needs a VITEM-V Work Visa which is only issued once a person has a confirmed employment contract here in Brazil.
For foreigners, finding employment in Brazil is extremely difficult since the law requires all employers to prove that they have exhausted all means of filling a job vacancy with a Brazilian before they can hire a foreigner to fill it.
