Behind the Four Seasons Hotel there's a bunch of car stereos shops, one of them is a music instruments shop, and I think they have amaaaazing prices. Is better to park your car in the Omar Muktar Av, and then walk overthere, the streets are full and people don't respect the direction signs. Is more or less 300 meters from the Muktar Av, between the FOur Season and the Consul Hotel (they have names on those streets, but no freakin'idea about what it says).. Good look

...there's a place at the beginning of omar al mukhtar street on the right hand side going towards green square, beneath the apartment buildings. another one is on gurgi road on the left going towards janzour.
