I am an Indian doctor(f) selected for Al Majmaah Univ as an Asst professor. Can a MAHRAM(Father) leave KSA after I join & get my IQAMA ?
After how much time & for how long my father can leave KSA & stay in India ?

Yes. He can leave for 6 months or till his iqama expiry whatever comes first.

That wasn't quick at all 
Yes, no limitations apply. He can move right after the iqama renewal.
