i really want to study in the US,but besides that i also want to search for my dad who abandoned me 22 yrs ago.He is a Dominican national and i also have contacts regarding his brother(in NJ) and his cousins in NYC..is there anyone who can help me..i have tried to retrieve information about his whereabouts from all the family members,but they seem to be less attentive towards my welfare as a part of their family,as my mom is an Indian.please help..as i can't let myself languish in a country that doesn't consider me as its own.thanks
