We need in your advise. We want open company in Guangzhou for services provision. If we establish a company with 100% foreign capital in Guangzhou it would take too much time (3-6 month) and too much money. So we think about another way – we want find Chinese company or Chinese citizen for opening a company in Guangzhou.It would take 1 or 2 month. We make investment, we work and Chinese company (or citizen) act as the nominal owner of company in GZ. Proposal from you to work as our grand manager is welcome. Does anybody interested in?
