Hello expat-blog friends, I was wondering where I could find ingredients for cheese making? Particularly, mozzarella.
I need Rennet Tablets, Citric Acid (Liquid), and Cheese Salt.
Are there any stores that sell those products that I have mentioned? By the way, I live in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

Contact Saigon Tacos, they may have natural rennet. For the salt, I think that the Vietnamese sea salt should work fine. Citric acid, again, try Saigon Tacos.

Hi there! Did you find what you were looking for? We just tried our hand at mozzarella today using Junket Rennet tabs from home and citrus juice instead of the acid (the interwebs said that would work) buuuut...it did not come out as expected. I'd be eager to know if you found rennet here in Saigon.
