Job in calgary

hi.. i'm tanita

i'm indonesian, i been in calgary 2 times last year, i like calgary, and now i'm thinkin to get a job and moving there..,but i still don't know how to start.., any advice? or job reference?

Hi tanita,

can you please give us more details about what kind of jobs are you looking for?

Regards,

David.

Hi Tanita,

Welcome to Expat-blog, hope you make lots of friends here.

If you're serious about immigrating to Calgary then the best place to start is by filling out the interactive information on the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website to see if you qualify for residency and to start the process.

www.cic.gc.ca/english

Then you should seriously consider coming to Calgary to do a job search in person, since you'll need to attend interviews.

You may be able to find a job on an online job search engine such as www.monster.ca but the problem there is that you are abroad and will be trying to compete against other candidates that are in Canada, not always very productive.

Hi, James.

It's nice to know  a kababayan in Expat.com. I made a quick research to answer your question and found this site
