Housing quality varies according to how much your employer is prepared to pay to house you. There are new houses which are good and older style ones which are as good too. There are blocks of units as well.

If you are looking to go there to work I suggest you bring up the question with your prospective employer.

Ask if it has back up power supply, good water, security fencing and guards, and in a relatively safe area. You will need a driver and vehicle to get you to and from work.
