You should contact a language school about teaching through Skype of Google+ with Google+ you can share documents etc..

Reading is input and Writing is its output.
Similarly
Listening in input and Speaking is its output.

Read as much as you can English obviously and try to watch English movies without subtitle.
This might help you a lot.

As far as speaking is concern is you didn't find a buddy you can even speak with yourself. but when you are alone otherwise people might arose fingers on you sanity.
