I am considering moving to Cambodia.
I would like to work as a freelancer, like translator.
I am also thinking about running online shopping websites.
I just wonder if I have to pay tax to the Cambodia government.
Freelance, have to pay tax?

Probably not if the money is paid to an offshore account.

ok u can come here to make ur jobs as afreeland ok , so it mean u want to work online shop right ? ok when u arrived here , u can tell me ok , cause i need someone help me sale my cosmestics products also , so hope u can help me to make my business as soon as improved ok

If you come to Cambodia and offer translation services to Cambodian companies and individuals, I think some may ask if you are registered here and have a business licence, some may not be too happy if you are not registered.
If you have an online business and sell online from overseas then you should be okay and not be noticed.
