I think you could quite easily find a house with that for the price you have written - have you tried looking online at the baliadvertiser.biz/current_ads/real_estate . It's updated fortnightly and is the best online source for the type of accommodation you are looking for.

hello there,, i know french international school,,, its in Umalas right?
there are so many villas in seminyak ,, maybe you can find something useful here.. allseminyakvillas.com i checked it and found a loads of villa there,
and about house maybe you can find it in bali ads.. i think a simple house is cheaper than villa in one year payment ..
