We are closing on our condo and moving in on August 1st. A 25 year dream becoming a reality! I am hoping to meet some other folks who have moved from the US as I am sure we will need some helpful advice during the transition. While I have to come back to the states a few days after we close, Hubby is staying and starting the remodel of our condo. I look forward to meeting others of you who have moved down to Cancun and hope we can be friends! :-)

Congrats, we are also in process of closing on our Condo in Cancun,But it will be another 14 years till we move for good, Till then we are going to rent it out to long term renters,
