Has anyone tried any of the gyms - including TJs near Senagambia? I have replacement joints, so no good at aerobics etc!!
Also, really basic query for the ladies, where can I buy good quality, new, underwear - specifically bras? I can see plenty of second-hand, but nothing else!

Only a man could ask that question. You can fit into most 'one size' items, but bras are different

Goodness knows where we're supposed to buy them, no changing rooms either. I always have to wait until I go back to the UK & stock up! Same with many things, good shampoo & conditioner, hair colour etc at a reasonable price.
