Hello there.

Here is my problem, and i wanna have ur advice soon.

kasi ung NSO birth certificate ko is NOT CLEAR. and

the DFA doesn't accept this.

what will I DO?. its not my fault na endi Clear ung
NSO birth certificate ko.

Have you tried solving this online?

Maybe you need to get a new NSO birth certificate.
