The best place for hangout is Batha for Filipinos. All things that you need are there. There are also a lot of kababayan there.
There are also malls. Or Jarir bookstore where you can find the latest gadgets. Unfortunately wala masyado libangan dito. Sabi nga nila Saudi is a boring country because of so many restrictions. Well enjoy your stay here.
