Hi,

My brother's Kafeel is under white Category , last week we took passport and release papers from Kafeel and submitted in company for transfer

Company asking , Kafeel should also accept the online request which is sent by company

But Kafeel not responding to our calls

Is there any other way to transfer the Iqama?

You can approach the jawazat with the physical forms and papers and tell them the situation and they will guide you from there.
