Hello,
Currently exploring a job transfer with my company. 15+ years of banking experience. Currently a VP in Asia. Hold an MBA from top tier school in USA.
I have read that the quality of life is what matters when working/living in NZ, but I do have overseas expenses such as mortgage in another country, support parents in the USA etc...
What would be the salary ranges in banking for an experienced banking professional. Unlikely to receive an expat package as it's not the company norm, so looking for answers for a Local Salary.
Also, what kind of working hours do the corporate offices of banks maintain?
