Visa Endorsement for Saudi Arabia from India

After that I came to India on final Exit, Now I got a "Lecturer visa" for saudi arab university. but my visa processing agent said he is not able to stamp the Lecturer visa on passport because of old visa is "Labor".

The agent is probably scheming, you can try another agent. Legally since you left on final exit you can come back to KSA on any new visa. If your Bachelor or other certificate is attested from Saudi Embassy , you can use it to get the current profession endorsed in passport.
