hi
I am Iranian living in UK. called Azerbaijan embassy found out they need visa, AND LETTER OF INVATION FROM Azerbaijan.
As I don't know any Azerbaijan citizen, does any one knows how to obtain such a letter?
the problem is the visa fee is £75, and if I post my passport+ document and they refuse my visa for this letter, THEY WONT RETURNE THE VISA FEE WHICH IS £75 PLUS POSTAGE WHICH COMES AROUND £87, AND I DONT THINK IS RIGHT.
does any one got any idea?

there are new rules for visa procedure-call embassy again.
why dont u come as a tourist?u will get visa easily.
