Hi there! I'm an American and I'm coming to Lima in some weeks, hoping to either volunteer or get paid teaching ESL in Lima. So I'll let you know when I arrive. For now, might I ask you how you enjoy volunteering? Are you having to pay to volunteer, in other words, how does that work? Any info you can provide I'd appreciate!! Best, Karen
