The way to get European citizenship

I am 38 years old, I have several university degrees as I speak 5 languages :​​ Arabic, English, French, German and a little Turkish.
I am very successful in my career and financial, but the situation in North Lebanon(Tripoli) where I live has become very bad..
I have a dream, what is the best way to get European citizenship?

well you have two ways to get an european citizenship( french): either you can get it through your degres ( but I think you need like a PhD) or you can get married.
