filipino food could be said to be one of the tastiest yet unknown food in the world. Since we bartered with our neighbors and were colonized by numerous countries, we have developed different methods of cooking as well as learned the use of spices and seasonings. try it and i'm sure you'll love it.

Any stew that Mother in Law makes is fine with me. She cooks AAA stew to put over rice. Wish wife could make stew as good as her Mom's.

To be honest, Pinoy cuisine doesnt rate very high when I compare it to other ASEAN countries. Thai and Malay are my favorites. And Singapore hawker centers have a good selection for the buck. For Pinoy, I do like Abe but thats more fusion.
