Hi,
I'm coming to Buenos Aires with a Working Holiday Visa, and since my goal isn't to move there definitely but to learn to know the city, the country and the culture, all I need is a small job, as a waitress or something.
Is it easy to find ? I am not quite fluent in Spanish, But I am fluent in English.

You need to speak Spanish to get a waitress job, 95% of jobs in fact IMO. All you will be looking at getting is cleaning or teaching English. Sorry if this sounds harsh. Start Spanish lessons intentive for a few months before you come ....... seriously.
