Hi
I live in London & am looking to move to FL (Sarasota area) & start a small (diet counselling franchise & food intolerance testing) business but need some guidance re type of visa to apply for.
I will be renting out my house in the UK & keeping my UK business going & paying UK taxes (this may determine the type of visa?). I am going to initially rent a house in Sarasota until I find what I want to buy.
I am hoping I can use the 'specialist profession' when applying for my visa & would like to start to sort it asap, even though I may not be moving for a couple of years.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experience in this subject.

Hi its very simple its an E2 look up the info on the embassy website you'll find you fit in that box.

Hi we are moving from the uk to Florida and have just got our e2 visas. The process was pretty easy because we had professional help. The guy who sorted our visas is from Sarasota his name is Peter Harris. He helped us find a business,done all the due diligence,sorted business plans etc. without this guy don't think we would ever have managed the process.
