Hello, I will be moving to Perth soon this year.
Can anyone share experiences how to find a good and established Real Estate Agent around West Perth? How much do they charge normally? Is it better to already contact the Real Estate Agent through internet before arrive in Perth?
How is the tax system work in Australia? Do we need to declare earnings or investments back home, if any, other than income generated in Australia?

Tax here is high.
You will have to declare any overseas income if you have the money paid into an australian bank account
