I have 3 kids and their significant others aged 18-28 and want them move to Uruguay. Will they be bored as the culture is so different and jobs may be harder to get?

Uruguay need quality workers, plenty of Jobs for quality workers in different industrial sectors are required actually.
If spanish is not a problem, it might not be difficult for them to find job.
