Subject: My Sponsor/Employer hold my "IQAMAA"
Dear Sir,
Q-1: Isn't any Law-Violetion of the Sponsor or Employer by holding, pending or not given the "IQAMAA" to the individual Foreign Workers or Expat within - (1) year & (7) months working without Iqamaa'? ..Can i file a complain agains my Sponsor or Kafeel directly to the Saudi Ministry of Labor'?
Q-2: I file a complain agains my sponsor or kafeel in the "Maktaab Al-Amaal" Nusah district-Makkah for pending my Monthly Salary and irregular Salary Deductions by few months. "..Isn't the Saudi Ministry Of Labor can HELP to solve my Problem to transfer to other Sponsor'?"
(Note: Please i need HELP, ADVISE and SUPPORT to Solve my problems agains my Greedy Employer/Sponsor.) "..A L L A H KAREEM, Ameen"
