Looking for friends

My boyfriend and I are moving to Barca in Sept. He'll be offshore for a month at a time so I'm also looking for people to hang out with. Lets keep in touch and hopefully we can meet up once I get over there.

Hey Jacqui! (and all of you other au pair girls out there)

I'm currently looking for an au pair position in Barcelona for this winter/spring... do any of you have any advice? What agencies did you go through? 

I'd love to hear from any of you about your experiences -- hopefully I'll be on that side of the pond soon!

Well i found my family on aupair world.com very easy didnt have to go through an agency, even though it maybe a little safer to do it by an agency. I did skype my family a lot to make sure everything was safe so i had no doubts by the time i came out here!

so far havent had much experience as ive only been here 4 days but from all the girls ive spoken to they are loving it here so im sure i will be too!!

I'm really flexible timewise, so it's probably easier for you to let me know when you are free, and we can meet for a drink/coffee/whatever.

There should be quite a few of us on the 16th, so it should be fun if you can make it.
