Hey everyone,
If everything goes the way it should I should finish my second masters (in Public International Law) in the summer of 2014. After this I want to do a PhD in the same field and am researching programmes in Latin America. However, the English translations on most sites aren't very good and somewhat confusing. So my questions are 1) what are the best universities in Latin America? (only the Spanish speaking countries), 2) do people know what universities out of those have a PhD law programme? and 3) what will the costs of those programmes be?
