Apartment for rent in Eimsbuttel, Direct lease w/landlord, no agent

Dear All
We're helping our landlord to place the below ad. Fortunately we have to relocate again. We love the apartment and recommend it for new comers to Hamburg for its easy access. We have taken some pictures however the file size was larger than allowed. We'll gladly send some pics over if requested by email.

Fully-furnished, about 56 sqm, 5th floor sunny attic apartment in the green leafy part of Hamburg's residential neighbourhood of Eimsbuttel. The apartment consists of one living room, one open plan kitchen with a dining and coffee/tea area, one bedroom and one bathroom cum laundry room (proper sized, not the typical closet sized room). Within 5 minutes walking distance to shops and cafes and bus stop (Schulweg) where Metrobus 4, 20, 25 stop and connect to the city and Altona. The two closest U-Bahn lines (U Osterstraße or Christuskirche and U Hoheluft or Schlump) are within 10 – 20 minutes walk away but the Bus 4 will get you to U Schlump in no time. The monthly rent is Euro 810 all inclusive. Direct lease with landlord, no agent. The preferred lease term is 6 months. Seriously interested potential tenant to contact via email: jb@dg2.de
