Does anyone know about cost of living in these areas? Sport and schools for the kids? I see the Panama Coast International School is in the area and looks good. Anyone know anything about it? WE have 3 kids and are looking to relocate.

Check out panama coast rentals with Kathy Kress, she is running the school and involved in real estate with her husband Mike .
We are staying at a place called Suenomar on Malibu beach in Neueve Gorgona, Panama and just love it, we are renting short term as a snowbird from Canada, prices here are still less than Panama City but have jumped up in the last 4 years. A safe place to be according to most. Lots of rentals while you figure out what you want
